Andrew Moorhouse has been reported missing in Lochaber

A man who has repeatedly gone missing while walking has been reported missing again.

Police Scotland appealed for information on Andrew Moorhouse who is believed to have travelled to Lochaber.

Officers said the 47-year-old Sheffield man was last seen on Monday and reported missing the following afternoon.

A spokesperson said; “Andrew, who is a keen walker, is believed to have travelled to the Lochaber area. He is described as 5ft 9ins tall and of stocky build with balding red hair and a beard.

“He is wearing outdoor clothing and may be carrying a rucksack.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident 1910 of 8 October.

Mr Moorhouse was reported missing in Keswick, Cumbria, in September. He was reported safe and well a few days later. And in June this year an alert was issued by Police Scotland when he went missing in the Cairngorms. He was found within a couple of days.
