The British Mountaineering Council’s access and conservation officer is heading north to take up a post with a Scottish national park authority.

Guy Keating, who has held the post for six years, battling for access for walkers and climbers, is to be the head of ranger services for the Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park Authority.
