A man will face trial following two incidents on which a 4×4 vehicle was found on Wales’s highest mountain.

Craig Williams, 39, of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, appeared today at Caernarfon Crown Court, charged with two counts of dangerous driving.

The offences are alleged to have taken place on Snowdon on 3 September and 29 September last year. Mr Williams, a freelance vehicle recovery technician, denies both charges.

He was granted conditional bail. The trial is due to take place at Caernarfon Crown Court on 18 April.
