Call Out Mountain Rescue? by Judy Whiteside

Five lucky grough readers have each won a copy of an invaluable mountain safety book.

The five winners were chosen at random from all the correct entries in our competition to win Call Out Mountain Rescue?, published by the people who know all about safety on the hills, Mountain Rescue England & Wales.

Readers were asked who is the patron of Mountain Rescue England & Wales. The answer, of course, is the man who is going to be gracing our television screens an awful lot in the near future, Prince William – now a fully qualified search and rescue helicopter pilot with the RAF.

The winners are: Martin Critchley of Nottingham; Gary Mirams of Oxford; Roger Saxton of Shipley; Sean Ashley of Aberdeen, and Roger Kinder of Holmfirth.

For those who didn’t win, the book, written by Judy Whiteside, you can still get your hands on a copy for the very reasonable price of £9.99 plus post and packing, from the Mountain Rescue England & Wales website.
