Pathways

Pathways

Pathways is a collection of 20 walks along Britain’s historic byways, from pilgrimage routes to smugglers’ trails, and from ancient processional roads to Victorian promenades along the seafront.

The book explores how these evocative and beautiful tracks and ways came into being and what they can tell us about the people who made them.

Each route comes complete with a walk description, gorgeous photographs and a map of the walk for those who want to try it out for themselves, making the book perfect for both serious walkers and armchair travellers.

grough has five copies of the book to give away to lucky readers.

For a chance to win your own copy of Pathways, just answer correctly the following question.

The authors were accompanied on some of the walks by a small dog. What was the dog’s name?
