Film-maker Terry Abraham has revealed a trailer for his third production in a trilogy of movies of Lake District mountains.

Life of a Mountain: Helvellyn will have its premiere in May at the Rheged centre near Penrith.

Abraham has produces two previous acclaimed films on Scafell Pike and Blencathra.

His latest work has been two years in the making.

He said: “It’s been hard work and there’s still more to do before the documentary is released. Truth be told I’ll be glad when it’s over as I’m getting somewhat burnt out now but it’ll be worth it.”

The premiere showing is already sold out, but Abraham added: “More is to come with other venues and what not sadly I’m not allowed to divulge just yet.”

More details are on the Rheged website.
