Jonathan Knutton has been reported missing

Police in the Highlands are asking for information on a man who has been reported missing.

Jonathan Knutton was last seen about 8.30pm on Christmas Day in Mackworth, Derbyshire.

Police Scotland said his distinctive car, a silver Citroen DS3 with a purple roof and a registration number starting HJ63, was found near Badaguish Outdoor Centre, Glenmore, east of Aviemore.

Mr Knutton is described as white, 6ft (1.83m) tall with short brown hair and wearing glasses. He was last seen wearing a smart blue winter coat, jeans and a dark grey hat, officers said.

A police spokesperson said: “Anyone who has seen Jonathan or who knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote reference number 1529 of 6 January 2022.”
