Cicerone's publications are aimed at outdoor enthusiasts

Outdoor guidebook publisher Cicerone is on the lookout for a new sales and marketing team member.

The Cumbria-based firm is renowned for its books aimed at walkers, trekkers, mountaineers and cyclists.

The company is looking for someone to join its small team at Milnthorpe, near Kendal.

“We think it’s very important that you love the outdoors and have familiarity with what we do. You will also need to be highly organised, enjoy working on your own initiative and as part of a small friendly team,” a company spokesperson said.

Computer literacy is also important.

Closing date for applications is 6 August.
